Resolution No. 32
Adjustment of Current City Budget to Conform to New Format
February 21, 2003
Whereas, the State of Iowa requires that city budgets be converted to a new format to conform to Government Accounting Standards Board Statement 34 and changes to Iowa Administrative Rules, 545-2.1(384, 388).
Whereas, the adoption of this format does not constitute a legal amendment as specified in Iowa Code 384.19, and total Revenues and Expenditures on this the adjusted budget are unchanged from budget certified March 15, 2002 or as last amended.
Now therefore the following resolution is hereby adopted:
Resolved that the current budget for Fiscal Year 2003 be adjusted to conform with Iowa Code 384.16 and Iowa Administrative Rules 545-2.1 (384, 388).
